The hoseline must be successfully stretchedto reach the fire area. In this station we will cover estimating the stretch to determine how much hose isneeded as well as multiple stretching options. From stretching to your typical single family dwelling, tostretching in hallways and on balconies, and more. Station 2 – Joe Petties Flowing and moving with a large line is a highly sought after skill. The main focus of this station is to buildconfidence in the students decision making on when to pull a large line, positioning of your crew on a largeline, and practical water placement. Station 3 – Kyle Romagus Fires are growing and extending faster in the modern age than they ever have before. We must ensure thatas a nozzleman we can think and act as an independent operator. This station will be a deep dive into thehow, when and why of flowing and moving the 1.75” hoseline.
